I was beat by the end, but it great. I also pushed the Juke more then 5/10ths today.
I’m always surprised how well the Juke handles for being so top heavy. There was some construction, so roads I thought were paved were gravel. Nissan went to town on engine cooling, the whole time the temp stayed the same.
I also found a hoard of Land Rovers in varying conditions.

You are only getting to 5/10ths? I love that my car allows me to drive at 7-8/10ths without getting into trouble.

I knew it could do more, I just don’t push it push it. I was happily doing 8-9/10ths today. The only thing holding me back was the open diff.

I hate the open diff in my car but the only way to get an LSD is a 05-06 Cooper S transmission swap.

For me it be a NISMO RS transmission, but that costs lots of money.

That looks like a good drive. I’ve been doing some research on roads around Ottawa but there’s nothing that says if those roads are actually any good - I’ll just have to try someday soon.

You could spend a week in Musoka & not drive all great roads. There’s so many.

The Cooper S transmission isn’t too hard to come by, though most have open diffs. I wish someone made a kit for the Cooper because the Diff is actually a bit of a weak point in the 5-speed

I don’t think so. Why do that instead of an R52/R53 trans which drops right in?

No need. The fact that it’s in Canada means it won’t be in any Oppo Rally in the near future
